Why is it worth getting a card?

  • It is suitable for enterprises, institutions and organisations (it could be paid for a card by bank transfer)
  • Card is not nominal (a few persons could use it)
  • Value of the card could be chosen
  • Card is valid till the end of money on it
  • Card is multiple (expended card account one can replenish any time at our office)

How much does it cost?

  • Card cost is 12 Lt. One card account could be from 50 till 500 Lt.

Where can one buy or replenish a card?

  • At ME "Susisiekimo paslaugos",  Tilto St. 14 in Vilnius.
  • If you pay for a card or its replenishment by bank transfer, fill in and send us Order-form of car parking card indicating information on your company, desirable number of  cards and  required amount. Make bank transfer of indicated amount into account  No. LT 817044060000308264, AB SEB Vilniaus bankas (our enterprise code 124644360), and wait for the notification by e-mail about your order fulfilment. After receiving e-mail notification, you can take cards at ME "Susisiekimo paslaugos", Tilto St. 14 (phone No. for inquiries 2313138). Person who takes cards should have an authorisation of his/her organisation.

Is it required VAT invoice for toll?

  • No. According to Vilnius City Council decision of July 20th, 2005, for car parking at paid car parks should be paid a toll, that according to VAT tax article 3 is not a subject for VAT tax. According to Law on Corporation tax, as justificatory documents of paid toll could be tickets for parking, bank transfer payment, cash receiving document with stamp “toll” issued by ME "Susisiekimo paslaugos" or Vilnius City Municipality. In order to avoid misunderstanding with tax administrator, we propose to include into text of payment transfer a reference “for toll payment card”.
