Reserved places
Enterprises and organisations have possibility to reserve car-parking places in toll zones established by Vilnius City Council. Reserved places are marked by special road signs and are controlled by joined crews of ME Susisiekimo paslaugos and Police officers.
Reserved places are allocated in following order:
1. Enterprises, institutions and organisations, foreign countries embassies and consulates, state establishments, institutions and agencies, that request to reserve parking places at streets and parking-lots should submit to City Maintenance Division of the Energy and City Economy department of Vilnius City Municipality following documents:

Reasoned request indicating number, purpose and expiry date of requested parking places;

Requested parking places layout or description, indicating bounds of own territory and premises in regard to these parking places;

Copies of documents certifying that applicant is state enterprise, institution or agency (in case an applicant is requesting to use marked parking places in 5-15 m sections free of charge).
Order of parking places reservation and tariffs were approved by Vilnius City Council Resolution No 1-881 as of July 20th, 2005 “Regarding setting of tolls for usage of paid car parks and places”,
Documents should be submitted to the City Maintenance Division (Konstitucijos av.3 , counter 8, fax (8~5) 211 22 22. Phone No for inquiries (8 5) 2112140.2. Parking Places reservation Woking group formed by the order of the Head of City Maintenance Division analyses reservation requests assessing public parking places’ demand at particular street and its approaches.
3. If the decision is positive, company signs an agreement of parking places reservation (agreement sample) with ME „Susisiekimo paslaugos“, that describes reservation conditions. Reservation cannot be approved depending on traffic conditions and organisations, parking places’ demand at particular street or car park.
Signs that indicate reserved places should be set up by an enterprise at their expense according to layout submitted to ME Susisiekimo paslaugos and co-ordinated in an established order. Permissions for car drivers to use reserved places are issued by Lithuanian Police Traffic supervision Service (Giraites st.3, tel. 271 94 12). Persons who would like to get special permission, should submit a copy of parking places’ reservation contract, additional agreement regarding prolongation of the contract (if the contract is not signed - in case parking places are reserved free of charge – near embassies or in 5-15 m distance from state institutions, organisations or agencies, should be submitted written approbation of City Maintenance Division), layout of road signs and request indicating:

owner or intendant of vehicle, address, phone number;

make of car, plate number;

correct address of zone of road sign where it is valid.
Monthly renting tax for one reserved car parking place makes 125 (one hundred) Litas including VAT.
If a reserved parking place is occupied without special police permission, equipage could be called up at 112.
